Print Canvas Comparison

Recently I decided upon printing up some of my photos onto a stretched canvas to fill some up some of the space on my walls. I wanted the photos to be a center piece of the room so they needed to be large. I could not find a very good comparison of online printing sites so I made a list comparison of my own that I shall share. I ended up going with Winkflash for 2 prints of 60" x 40" and have been very satisfied with the color, framing, and shipping speed. The color was clean and vibrant, the frame was solid and sturdy, and the print took about 3 days to print and standard shipment took about 3-5 days. 

To take under consideration before you decide on a photo you must remember a few things. First the colors and vibrance of images on your LCD screen are back lit so the printed image will not seem as bright unless the room is very well lit. Next is that the sides of the image will be wrapped around the corners so you will want to make sure to select an image that will still look good with 1.5" missing on each side. 

Costs may change so be sure to check up on discounts and make your own decision. Keep a look out for Groupon specials but most of the time they still mostly bring the discount onto an even level with the cheapest sites I find. 

The top 3 cheapest sites I decided to check around for reviews and found Winkflash and easycanvasprints have positive reviews while Canvasdiscount had numerous negative reviews across multiple review sites. 

For each site I have listed the max printable canvas cost and for comparison in some cases a typical canvas size of 24x36 in.

For comparison a 55 in tv is about 46w and 30.6 H without the tv border frame.
